The number one thing that you need to know before you come fly with us is hot-air-balloons completely rely on the weather and we need very good weather and calm winds to fly. We rely on the winds to be calm, visibility to be good, and no precipitation. Flights can get cancelled due to the weather not cooperating on any given day. If your flight is cancelled due to the weather all you must do is simply reschedule your flight with us soon! Balloons can only fly during the calm and more predictable parts of the day. Early in the morning near sunrise and approximately an hour and a half before sunset.
