Flights already purchased.

Balloon Quest, Inc. has had to close it’s doors permanently and will no longer be able to provide balloon adventures, but we are doing the best we are able and offering refunds to those that qualify below. If you have purchased a flight package since Jan 1, 2025 to present date and have not used your flight, a refund may be available by returning all below required information with an attached copy of your receipt. ALL requests must be received by EMAIL to office@balloonride.com by JULY 31, 2026 to be valid. Email only to OFFICE@BALLOONRIDE.COM (ONLY THE COPY OF THE RECEIPT may be added to the email as an “ATTACHED FILE”.)
